Healthy Living (4th Qtr., Spring 2018)
This class seeks to help students develop broad habits in healthy living through an integration of fitness classes and small group discussions. Throughout the quarter, physical education faculty will lead a sampling of fitness activities including yoga, indoor cycling, dance, and circuit training. Students will also work directly with the campus dietitian and counselor to develop personalized health goals, and learn strategies to monitor and maintain progress. No experience necessary.
Classes will be held on M/W, 1:40-2:30 for 6 weeks starting on 3/19 in Dalton 25. (Quarter course, 1 PE credit) To register, please submit an official request by visiting this Wufoo link:
