LANCASTER, Pa. - The Centennial Conference announced their 2019-20 winter academic honors on Monday, and with numerous Bryn Mawr student-athletes having earned their way onto the lists of honors thanks to some hard work both in the classroom and on the playing surface. Overall, 31 Owls were named to the conference's Academic Honor Roll, and Bryn Mawr track & field's Jennica Terry and Kass Wojcik were each named Academic All-Centennial.
To be nominated for the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher in class standing and hold a cumulative GPA of 3.40 or higher. To be named Academic All-Centennial, a student-athlete must receive both All-Conference and Academic Honor Roll honors. Terry and Wojcik each earned First Team All-Centennial Conference honors earlier in the winter thanks to their first place finishes at the Centennial Conference Indoor Championships, and both also earned their way onto this year's winter Academic Honor Roll.
The Owls indoor track & field team led the way for the winter teams, featuring 16 student-athletes on the league's Academic Honor Roll. Bryn Mawr's swim team featured an eleven student-athletes, while basketball featured four. Overall, 481 winter season student-athletes from around the conference were recognized on the Academic Honor Roll, while 83 student-athletes were named Academic All-Centennial.
