UPDATE: As of 3/12/2020, the NCAA has canceled all remaining winter and spring championships, effective immediately. An unfortunate way to end the season, but congratulations to Jennica on qualifying for Championships nonetheless!
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Owls junior Jennica Terry is set to take on the competition at this weekend's NCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championships, hosted by Guilford College.
Terry will become just the third Owl in program history to represent Bryn Mawr at the national championship event, and she is also the first power athlete to do so for the Owls. She is set to compete in the 60 meter hurdles after setting one of the top times of the year in the event at the Centennial Conference Championships. Her 8.93 gives her the 20th seed, and she will run in the third and final heat of the event on Friday afternoon. The 60 meter hurdle prelims are slated to start at 2:55 PM on Friday. The winner of each of the three heats, plus the next five fastest times overall, advance to the finals of the event. Finals of the 60 hurdles is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Saturday.
