HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Owls track & field team sent three athletes over to Haverford earlier Thursday afternoon, and despite featuring just a trio of performers, Bryn Mawr still racked up four PRs in a very productive meet.
Zaynah Moen led the way for Bryn Mawr in the 60 meter dash, finishing in a time of 9.33 seconds. That was good enough for second place and a new PR for the junior. Alexis Boutchie finished right behind in third place with another PR of 9.42 seconds. Ritvika Patodia also put on a strong performance, finishing in a time of 10.09 seconds.
The same trio also competed in the shot put, with Boutchie leading the way this time. The senior threw a long of 8.94 meters, setting another personal record. Moen also surpassed her previous personal best with a long of 7.81 meters, with Patodia close behind with a long of 7.15m.
The rest of the Owls will be right back in action tomorrow, as they travel up to New York for the Armory Invitational.
