WELLESLEY, Mass. – The 2013 Seven Sisters Swimming Championships concluded Sunday afternoon with the host Wellesley College Blue claiming their 16^th straight Seven Sisters Team Title. Bryn Mawr finished in 5^th place with 362 team points. The Owls are the only Seven Sisters institute that doesn't have a diving team.

In the day's final action, it was the 100 freestyle that propelled the Owls. Senior Meredith Davis claimed her second individual title of the Championship by sprinting to a 55.30, edging Monica Gates of Wellesley by two tenths of a second. Freshman Rebecca Craig finished 6^th overall in the event with a 56.96, followed by sophomore Kristina Xiang in 12^th place with a 58.68. The event produced 38 team points for the Yellow and White.

In the 200 breaststroke, freshman Angela Mastrianni took home 9^th place with a time of 2:41.81. She was followed by senior Mairin O'Connor in 13^th place with a 2:5.84. In the 200 butterfly, Davis, who took home second in the 100 fly, finished 11^th with a time of 2:28.55.

In the only other individual race that the Owls scored in on Sunday was the 1650 freestyle. Junior Ruth Logan finished the race with a time of 20:17.22, good for 15^th place, while senior Hannah Gilbert finished one place later, 16^th, with a 20:26.96.

In the Championships final event of the day, the 400 free relay, the team of freshman Sahara Clement, Craig, Davis and Xiang finished in 6^th place with a 3:54.73, the fastest time for the Owls this season.
